Spending time with family is a gift. Many people, or if not situations, have tried hard enough to break your relationship with them. Yes, somehow you cannot deny the fact that being with them is just precious and lovely. It is like no matter what they do and no matter what happened, or even at times that you felt so annoyed with them, love just overflows when everyone spends time together over a cup of coffee while looking through wall paintings online.

Holiday season is the time to spend time with family--- of whether you call it quality or not quality in terms of how grandiose or how mediocre you celebrate time with them. Being with people who witnessed your childhood and had been a part of it is just amazing. You remember the days while you were young with them. You recalled too when was the time each left home to start a new life somewhere else or with someone else and just regularly connected back to family during holidays or for some special events to grace. But if you can really afford to get grand places, then might as well get a luxury condo unit with brilliant furnishing, expensive and sophisticated pieces of furniture. Surely, amenities will not be a problem from gym, studio, to Jacuzzi- you have everything fine. Wow, living in something like this is a dream actualized and you fee l like a goddess personified to the highest level! But for many women, settling for less is a must, sometimes, for them to at least end up to nothing at all. There are affordable condominium units around. These are small pads enough for one or two people. Match this with affordable arts and some nice and cute furniture, then what you have is a cozy domain. Settle for this, meanwhile. And who knows, years from now you’ll get what it takes to own your dream condominium unit in the heart of the city. Nothing is impossible as long as you are alive.

Women are dreamers. The reason behind this is that it is a woman-nature to seek for what is ideal—perfection. And true, we are just born to appreciate the finest of things. We are the ones who appreciate and admire the beauty that we see with our fellow ladies. We know which among the many landscape paintings is attractive without looking at the details. Convenience and beauty just simply catch our hearts.

Excited for a Small Pad

If it is just you and your child who live together during regular days, then a small condominium unit suit you. Much better if such small place would be classy enough to make both of you feel comfortable. Yet, a small pad of few square meters is expected to be really simple. Nothing stunning is expected from it, not unless it will be complete with furnishing and a few selected furniture for, let say’, Asian art.

We do not expect a not so pricey pad to be elegant but location-wise, a unit in a developing urban spot can really be promising. Development had started years ago. Five years more from now, then there will be more sights to see in the area. However, you think of the pad to be really small to entertain at least a couple of visitors. But this does not matter anymore. As long as you and your son can live, hopefully, peacefully and happy, then that can be better than being surrounded with people who keep on stressing you out. Oh how you dream to have a classy and sophisticated condominium unit in the heart of the most premium business hub in the country. But monetary-wise, you are not that privileged to own one there. It is sad to settle for less. But then, all the more that it will be difficult not to open your eyes to reality. Maybe the best person to represent the best of Asian art can afford such magnificence but as for you, settling for a quiet pad in the suburb will be fine. Let no intruder, paparazzi, underground harassers, and gossipers come close. The pad is small to just fit in a couple of tenants. But then, you know it is even far better than that of the spot where you are at now. Somehow, it is exciting to fix your new place. You need to salvage some old stuff to arrange in the new pad. Buying new ones may not be the most feasible thing you see for now given than some amount need to be spent for move-in fees and other related expenses.

Months from now, hopefully, some new stuff to include affordable arts will come in, along with completion of furnishing to, at least, make your little room a bit cozy. Staying inside can be very comfortable and when things become really boring, a 5-minuite drive to the park, to dining hubs, and to fine boutiques may be relaxing.

Make Complicated Work

Marriages cannot be all about bliss. You will give endless thanks to heavens if you bumped in to someone who happens to be your soulmate, your destiny, your perfect match or whatever you call it. If not, and things became complicated between the two of you, then better make some arrangement if situations are too way beyond repair like a cracked wall painting from angle to angle.

To make your partner as your enemy is the last thing you want in your mind. It is not only the bad that you shared with him but also years of goodness. Just as what people say, try to remember the good things that people have done for you, no matter how painful the recent act is. Although this is not easy to understand while the damage is still fresh. Yet, there is nothing better than to end up as friends. This may sound impossible for others but for years of no romance, for years of living in one roof yet being estranged to each other, being friends is a best choice than to hate each other. Simply put, friendship over the damage done to each other is more than to what we deem as just fair. You may not be together in a regular basis but in times of need, you know you are there for each other. And when it comes to obligation of still making things work financially, hopefully you still have each other’s cooperation. Yet of course you do not expect the other to be with you during minor events like looking through artworks for sale.

All the more that it becomes ideal when the two of you as friends and family can own a house where, as usual, each has a room of his or her own. And how ideal it can be when the two of you finally meet your new someone to have and to hold, and each of the new partners accept and understand the strange set- up you share with your ex- partner aka friend. Things are extremely complicated but all things can be arranged once the need calls for it and this is when another party has to be a part of a complicated circle. Marriages are not perfect. There are those who live unhappily together while there are some who are just extremely fortunate to love each other for life and are perfect subjects for romantic wall paintings. Yet no matter what type of relationship you have with your partner, you can count on the fact that despite overflow of rage you have in your heart towards the other, you know how much you will always care.
